helloo everyone

i am getting a bit nervous I just received our I 797 hard copy in the mail... My fiance is coming for the holidays december 19th. now i already asked on here if it is ok for him to visit while we are going through the k1 process..... but on the 797 is states " when the person this petition is for enters the U.S based on this visa, he or she will be admitted for 90 days in oreder to marry the petitoner .... " im sure that this means after the interview and stuff but i really just want to be positive that its ok for him to come this time just for a visit.. is there a number i can call to ask someone? I really dont want to screw this visa up!

also its states that my approval is valid from 11/28 - 3/28 does this mean that he has to enter the united states by march 28th?

because if I know that he will be here by march 28th then i can finally pick a wedding date ????

one more question

i have been reading and researching but am still a bit confused on the next part of the application..... i know he will get packet 3 in the post but i want to help put packet 3 together while he is here and i dont think he will have received it by the time he comes .. is anyone in the process of sending packet 3 back and if so can you tell me what forms need to be filled out so i can download them???

sorry for all the questions I just want to make sure I am doing everything right! so if anyone has the answers to my questions above or any suggestions or comments for people going through this phase of the visa it would be greatly appreciated!

couldnt get through this with out all of you! thanks so much!

The fiance visa is different than the tourist/vistor visa. They could turn him back at immigration because of the fiance visa currently in process. I know there are several members who have experience with this so hopefully they will give you their experiences.
