If you are talking about the I-129F then NO need the I-134 . It will come into play at the embassy interview

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Hi there,

you don't send an I-134 with I-129F. I-134 is used at the embassy. You should send a notarized I-134 to your fiance(e). He or she will need it at the interview to prove you can support your finace(e) financially.

Hope this helps
