hi everybody

this is my 1st writing here.

but glad i joined it last month.

this goes out to the pp who is sponsering thai national.

i had sent it out my ds 230 Nov 20, 2008 to NVC.

Today I received the maile from NVC saying i am missing Seal/certify stamp on Birth certificate n Marriage certificate.and will need to sumbit them withr a certify copy of

the original ,bearing the original seal or the stamp from the issuing authpority.

i looked on my wife's marriage certificate which is exact as the one i sent to NVC.

the Seal n the stamp was on the back of both English an thai marriage certifcate. What i am thinking is the Reviewer must have not look /check thoroughly. so i called the NvC , operator said she will tell the supervisor abt it. I just emailed The NVC also.

But what i dont get it is I dont understand abt what is wrong with the my wife 's birth certificate.

It has both GOv. seal and stamps on both.

ON THE TRANSLATED THAI BIRTH CERTIFICATE, DID U FILLED OUT ON THE BOX # 6 AND BOX #8?

THANK YOU

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!
