I got a letter saying my AOS application was approved and that i will receive my card in 30-90 days. It said that if i had an emergency and needed to go out of the country i could schedule info pass and get my passport stamped as a US resident (i think).

My portfolio online says card production ordered. When i applied for EAD i got my card in less than a week after the satus changed to card production ordered.

Does anybody know how long does it take to get the green card on the mail, i assume is longer than EAD??

Also.. we're planing on visiting my parents for christmas in Mexico. We plan to drive there since is a border city... if i dont get the card, should i schedule an infopass and try to get the stamp? Would there be a problem since is not an "emergency" it's just that we want to spend christmas with my family?

Any advice?

Thanks!
