Greetings!!!

good morning to everyone here i am sending my letter to show to everyone about my problem . well i am married for an american who are presently residing in the philippines for over 2yrs now.we had a kid who is 10 months old now. our case is unique from other couple here since we are permanently live in the philippines and have business here. we would like to visit to the USA for 1-3 months in able to see and meet my husband family and relatives .

we dont know what kind of visa we supposed to do? how long it takes to approves? how hard to get it ? we need some help for the expertise who had same problem we had.. any help from everyone .we would cherish and be thankful for any help. thank you and have a nice day

You will need a visitor's visa (B2). This can be very difficult to get. You will need to show lots of ties to your home country and going over with your husband and child will probably make this more difficult. It's not too expensive to file, so its worth a try!

Mailed AOS, EAD and AP Sept 11 '07

Recieved NOA1's for all Sept 23 or 24 '07

Bio appt. Oct. 24 '07

EAD/AP approved Nov 26 '07

Got the AP Dec. 3 '07

AOS interview Feb 7th (5 days after the 1 year anniversary of our K1 NOA1!

Stuck in FBI name checks...

Got the GC July '08
