filing in the philippines

im going to the philippines next month to meet my fiance,im planning to bring the whole package and send it while im there..

anyone knows where to send the whole package?im from california.can i send it via fedex?

Why couldn't you send it by FedEx? Or DHL? And why would the address change just because you send it from outside the U.S.? Why am I answering your questions with more questions?

Best is to wait until you come back to send it unless you are staying a long time. Mail between PI and US can get lost. Can't file until you get final divorce decree also.

If it was me:

I would get all paperwork together that you need from your fiance in PI.

And bring it back to US and assemble it here, to make sure you have everything correct and in order.

I would enjoy your fiance, your travels, and the Philippines and deal with K1 once you get back home.

i have all the papers ready now..i will just bring them to my fiance and since i am staying almost 5 weeks in the philippines that is why i want to send it while im there so it can start the process..im soming back ist week of march so im planning to send it 2nd week of feb..

5 Weeks. You are going to have a blast, I am jealous.

If my wife had her AOS paperwork done and her travel restrictions lifted by now, we would also be in PI now.

It is truly an amazing place to visit, and amazing place to live, and the people are so happy. You are lucky, and enjoy your trip.

It's summer time year round in PI.

70 in the morning, and 90 in the day, 365 days per year.

I am missing PI at the moment.......

what if i do it this way,,what if i send the package to my mom via fedex and ask her to send it via certified mail usps?is that ok?

Why not just send it direct with Fed-Ex.
