Got my NVC Case Number

So, I got my NVC Case Number in the mail. The date on the notice is Nov 26th and saying my K1 package will be shipped to GuangZhou, China within a week. Does anyone know how long it normally take for us to get P3 from this point on?

Also, what is the best way to track my K1 status from this point on?
