hi everyone!

i have few questions here,,i hope you can help me answer them..thank you so much!

1.)i read that at the time of interview the beneficiary will bring DS156,DS156K,DS230---now here is my question

my fiance have tried to applied twice for a B1/B2 visa but he was refused, would it affect our petition in any case?

Question # 31 of DS 156

31. Have You Ever Been Refused a U.S. Visa?

WHEN?

(Most Recent) day month year

WHERE?

WHAT TYPE OF VISA?

2.)Will i still send bank certification together with the I-134?or just the I-134 will do? is this necessary?

thanks to you all..happy thanksgiving! godbless us all!

1) No. Particularly the petition is unaffected as well as the K-1 visa application

31) answer the question appropriately

2) You send bank letters if you are relying on assets... the I-134 without supporting evidence is not sufficient

YMMV

Hello gurl! You dont have anything to worry about if you have been refused of visa before. Tell or answer the questions truthfully and during your interview, just tell the truth cos its in the record. Everything should be truth..goodluck!! happy thanksgiving!!

Nonimigrant visa applicants don't submit a DS 230 in the Philippines.

If Tourist visas were denied for other reasons than USCIS concerns applicant may go TNT then there may be a problem depending on the reason of denial.

Send in ALL financial evidence with the I-134 such as ITRs, W2s, tax transcripts, bank statements, employment letter etc.

TELL the TRUTH!
