Can anyone tell me what we should be preparing to bring to the interview for AOS from a K1. My fiancee submitted her AOS and has done biometrics already. So...what should we be thinking of bringing to the interview when it is time? Is there a thread somewhere for this?

Will we need to bring proof of our relationship and other sorts of documents....ect ect....?

Thank you for any help.... :star:

If you have an interview you need to provide evidence on how you have "comingled" your lives... This can come in many forms... joint bank accounts, benneficiary on insurance, joint listing on utilities, etc.... to name just a few

YMMV

W0w! I thought those documents are only needed when you apply for Lifting Conditional Status to Permanent Residence. Does every AOS Applicants undergo an interview?

I just follow the documents needed in the letter. I don't have joint bank account, or assets and liabilities name together. I only submitted phone bills with my name on it and insurance. The officer took all my pictures that i put in the short bond paper with hand written label about the pictures. After my interviewed the officer give me letter saying i got approved that i should wait for my gc card to arrive.
