AOS and IV Fee Bills Rejected

Hey guys! I paid the AOS and IV Fee Bills online this past Saturday. All through yesterday the payments said IN PROCESS but today they are saying REJECTED. I know that others have had glitches with this...do I need to repay the fees again online? Why were my payments rejected?...there was plenty of money in my bank account...I checked.

Please advise. Thanks!

you should call NVC and talk to an operator. Usually takes about 3 days for them to confirm that they recieved the payments.

Ok, I just called NVC and they say that they have no record of my payment and that I should pay the fees again...but the funny thing is after I paid the fees again, it still shows the other payments onscreen as REJECTED along with the new payments as IN PROCESS...so why do they tell me that they have no record not even a rejection when it shows online? Ok, maybe I'm just a little upset but I don't want them chanrging me twice. Anyone else find this strange?

did you explain to the about the "rejection"? I am sure you did. What was their response to that?

I know its a pain in the rear, but you need to call and talk to another operator. Sometimes you can and can get different answers.

Explain the situation to them again. And check with your bank and see it the payment has been or will be processed. Cancel the "rejected" payment and initiate another.

I will be curious in knowing what the results are.

When I spoke to the operator I told him that my payments were showing as rejected. He said that the system did not show any rejected payments at all...in fact there was nothing atl all in the system. This is what is confusing because the website shows rejected payments. Also how do I cancel these payments...I do not see away to do this on the NVC website...of course if the payments were rejected then I am assuming that means cancelled. Or do I cancel the payments through my bank and how do I do this because I did not write a check?...well, I guess that is actually a question for my bank.

Just called NVC again...operator said that she only sees pending payments once for AOS and IV Fees (cause I just paid the fees again this morning online). So I guess this means that I shouldn't worry? ...hope they aren't rejected again.

My second payments were finally accepted today and now show as PAID. I guess there was just a glitch with the website the first time around or something. Thanks for all of the advise and help!
