New Timeline Form for Community?

I am wondering if the community input form for the VisaJourney timeline tracking under this site needs to be redrafted or redrawn? With all the moving around of the applications to the different service centers from where they were originally filed, it is now difficult to get good useful information out of the timelines. I would really like to be able to look at the numbers of who has received transfer notices...
