Today, I found out that my EAD card was returned to the USCIS as undeliverable. I verified the address few weeks ago and it was correct. My first and last name appears inside and outside of my mailbox. Also, my mailman knows that I have been expecting important documents from the USCIS.

Anybody is/was in a similar situation? Did you have to wait 45 DAYS for your card to be resend?

Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

Well, I did have a change of address on Oct. 1st, but I received the change of address confirmations for all my pending cases. I also verified the address many many many times by calling the 1-800 number.

Anyone in a similar situation? Did you have to wait 45 days for your card to be resent?

I think it always happens when you change address close to when you get your notice or card, well since you changed the address the usps is supposed to forward it to your new address!

Meanwhile when it gets back to Uscis, they will send it back out, but you have to call them and explain and request them to send it out to you again!

Please update us when you eventually got it and what you had to do to get it, and the duration if that isnt too much to ask.

I hope you get it soon with no hassles! Worry less friend!
