Hi Everyone,

I am posting my new attorney's articales, which he has been written in the "IMMIGRATION DAILY" in regards to denied visa.

It may give some information and discuss with your attorney.

You were asked weeks ago what the white paper said and you never responded with it's actual language.

Is 212(a)(6)©(i) noted or not? I see after calling you on your lies about posting at CFL, you finally have done so. We cannot help you without knowing exactly what the paper says and then further, the details of the interview that would shed light on the reasons the Consular Officer based his decision on. If you are already dealing with Marc Ellis, I'm sure he has a copy of your white paper and knows what to do. What do you expect from us?
