Filing K3 Visa. Evidence of continuous relationship

Currently, we are on the process of compiling our documents such as Instant MEssage Conversation, emails and cards as our evidence of continuous relationship. However, those messages were written in our native language (Tagalog). My question is, do we still need to translate the documents? If so, how is the process?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and ideas.
