DS 3032 When you're not using a lawyer!

So, looking at the flow chart, I see that both my spouse and I get this form to fill out. We're not using a lawyer so whose address to we put

down to receive correspondence? Does he put down his address for his form and me for mine? Do we use just his?

The DS3032 Choice of Agent form is only filled out by the beneficiary. You should put the address where you would like the NVC to send all correspondence and fees related to your petition. They send a copy of the DS3032 to the petitioner. But this just shows what was sent to the beneficiary. Hope this helps!!

Save yourself ALOT of time and have the beneficiary send this form via email to NVC. Look for a template form on this site...fill the blanks using the beneficiairy's information and email it to the given email address. Will save you TONS of time.
