No unless you did not notify the USCIS about the move. they'll update your case bio info that is the address change and they'll provide you a case number confirming your change of address.

I notified USCIS, I filled out the forms and have confirmation numbers for the change of address, for the one that's the general requirement for US Residents, and a confirmation number for the change of address when you have a pending application, in this case the I-751. Apparently they didn't update it on their files because they sent me and RFE to my previous addrees which was then returned to them. And if I hadn't call to see why I had not received anything from them (I was out of their timeframe), that's when they took my new address and sent mail to the correct address.

I'm not the only one who has had this issue, I've read of several people that have done their address change and stll USCIS sends them mail to the old address. I guess they don't do well with updating.

Anyway, you do what you have to do, fill out the forms, and keep those confirmations numbers in a safe place. If you see that you're out of their timeframe, give them a call. BTW my online status didn't update or anything when they sent the RFE, so if I had not called, I would have never received anything. Good luck

What number were you able to call? Every number I have leads only to Automated systems. I am going to try and get my wife's citizenship next year while I am deployed. I just hope She gets her new GC before the year is up. Her current GC is expired but we have a letter saying it was extended for a year

I don't remember, I think I went to the part of the automated system where they give you the latest update on your case, and started punching 0, I know that it was after a few tries. Getting someone to talk to at the USCIS number is very hard. You can probably choose the option that says something like "if you believe your out of timeframe or something like that". Sorry I really can't remember.
