I have my interview on Thursday. In the ASC Appointment Notice that I received it says I should bring the appointment notice and photo identification. Is that really all? Is there anything else I should bring, just in case? Is this another medical check or is it an interview? Should we both go?

Well, as you see I am somewhat confused here.

I am going to the USCIS in Portland.

I hope someone can answer my questions!

They need photo id to know it's really you. Passport takes care of that.

You need the appointment letter to get in. It also has barcodes on it for the application numbers that need biometrics.

They give you a form to fill out when you first get there and it will ask your receipt numbers. If you applied for AOS and EAD, then you have two different numbers. They are on the receipt (NOA1s) They are also on the appointment letter by the barcodes I think.

The appointment is to take fingerprints and your photo.

It's quick and easy.
