Ready to mail in AOS packet..except for 2 things!!!

I am know I am not a regular on here, but PLEAESE help. I am ready except I have 2 question...First, with the BC, its in Spanish. Do I have to get it translated?? Second, I did not make above the povery guidelines until this year (actually starting July of 2007). Can I also just submitt all pay stubs from this year so that we wont need a sponser? Last 3 years I have not made above, but now I do. Thats the important thing, right? Thanks a ton!!!!

You NEED & MUST translate the birth certificate...if you're fluent in both english & spanish you can do it yourself (or have someone else that's fluent in both do it) and certify the bottom stating that they're fluent iin both languages.

You NEED to be making ABOVE poverty lines for most recent tax yr (in your case that would be 2007) if not you have to get a co-sponsor, they won't take into account this yr as you haven't filed taxes yet (if i'm mistaken someon plz correct me)...

As for your affidavit of support - You may certainly include pay stubs, letter from employer etc as evidence that you can support the intending immigrant. Of course you will still need to supply the required tax information/supporting documents as well.

At the very least, if USCIS determines you do not earn enough, they will ask if you can supply a co-sponsor.
