hello everyone i have a quick question when i just sent my k1 petition i used a money order so does that mean i wont be able to track when they recive it ??? also what is next , will i get sometning in the mail informing me ?? sorry my questions might seem stupid but i am new to all this and i am so stressed :( :(

First off Congratulations!!!!!

well once you used a money order i don't think you will be able to track it .

the next step is they will send you an Email saying that they received your petition ( maybe they will not ) . and they will send you a hard copy of the NOA1 to your mail .

Congrats! That's correct - you wont be able to keep track of it if a money order was sent. You will have to wait for the NOA1 which will arrive by post. Once receiving the hard copy you will then be able to register online to for updates on your petition. Welcome to VJ!

xx.xx.2012 -- Check Cashed

05.15.2012 -- NOA1 dated 05.15.2012

05.31.2012 -- Biometric notice date

06.27.2012 -- Biometrics Taken

01.23.2013 -- Card Production Ordered.

01.28.2013 -- 10 Year Green Card Received
