Wow that sucks. RAM definitely has one of the worst customer service departments ever imo. Glad they rebooked you but still is ridiculous that mistake even happened. I've booked flights plenty of times with less than 24 hours notice with other airlines and never had a problem. But I HAVE had problems with RAM. So there ya go. lol

We haven't flown RAM since the last incidents. Air France has been a refreshing change! :thumbs: No going through customs in JFK, changing terminals, checking in again, blah blah blah. Just a quick change in Paris and straight here!
