- Copy of US citizen most recent pay stubs from 06/30/2008-10/30/2008

- Copy of US citizen Passport

I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

- Copy of non-US citizen Passport (Biographical Page)

- Copy of K1 visa with entry stamp

- Copy of Form I-94 (front and back)

- Copy of Marriage Certificate

- 2 passport size photos

I-131 Application for Travel

- Copy of non-US citizen Passport (Biographical Page)

- Copy of K1 visa with entry stamp

- Copy of Form I-94 (front and back)

- Copy of Marriage Certificate

- 2 passport size photos

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents, and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular Office at a later date.

just curious why u filed I -131? is it really needed? for travel?

hi there, I dunno why i have applied for it.. guess just in case my AOS is still pending when i really have to go home then i wont have a problem,, it's just a contingency..
