Hi,

I have sent my RFE and the mail is delivered to them on Thu 23, but no online updates. Where can get confirmation from them that they have recevied my RFE.

Receipt date : Sep 3 (I 130, 765, 131 , 485)

FP Appointment: Sep 23

Fingure print done

RFE:10/15/2008 (for tax documents)

Sent RFE response on OCT 21

They have recevied RFE on OCT 23 (No status update online)

It might take awhile for them to update your case and say CASE RESUMED. Some people in here who got RFE are lucky enough for their case to resume right away after NBC at Missouri received it. Sometimes its not that fast. Sometimes it took a month for them to update the system. Have a friend that had this experience. Just wait for it and hopefullyyour case will resumed soon. Jan 9, 2009---CARD RECEIVED FINALLY! Approval date 12-10-08..expires on 12-10-10

Sept 10,2010---REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

CITIZENSHIP

Sept 10,2011---Application for citizenship
