What are the Docs needed in the medical? Anyone could share some idea.

Just want to ask info about the docs that are needed in the medical....coz my medical at St. lukes is on Monday...nov10. tnx.

^^ Bring your passport, the letter from the embassy (original & photo copy), the email confirmation of your interview schedule, 3 pcs 2x2 (visa photograph) and your own black ball pen. Be sure you know your husband's address in the US and his contact numbers. And be ready for the loooonnnngggg wait!

remember take your time to fill-up the form make it sure is correct and if ther is a question that

is not applicable to you just write n\a when you are done give to the receptionist next a picture time smile pls lol

NOTE; make it sure your monthly period is done if you have your medical exam having visitor they well not continue

your final exam they well tell you to coming back a few days.

make it sure you cont have any commons sickness like cold head each,runny nose,coughing it well effect your medical they very sensitive on that. pls take a lots of vitamins c eat lots of fruits so you are healthy during your medical

note; bring your valid id bring some water and biscuit it was long day for medical

im planning to have my medical tomorrow, i still dont have an appointment letter from the embassy yet, i also dont have an interview schedule, would that be okay to get my medical done even without an interview schedule? and also, is the letter from NVC acceptable? thanks...

Have your husband call the embassy and get an interview appointment for you...that what my husband did this morning...and the embassy sent me an email with my appointment date for interview on nov. 24....

the amount to pay medical in st lukes is 9,814.ten centavos per applicant

adult only kids they are difference but still closer the amount but i don't know

ngayon ang medical fee ay more or less 10300 pesos na, at habang tumatagal lalong nagmamahal kasi tumataas ang dollar rate,
