Does anyone have a K visa checklist - new CR1/IR1 interview letter?

I was just thinking, it would be nice if someone could scan a recent K interview checklist and post it so we could link to it - in the IR1/CR1 timeline to interview thread, I linked to our interview letter (which is probably even a bit out of date now!).

So, does anyone have a recent K visa checklist? If you don't have photoshop you can pm me and I will give you my email address to send it to and I will take out the identifying details if you like :)

Also if someone has a more recent CR1/IR1 interview letter, with the new vaccination requirements on it, that would be great too.

What a wonderful idea trailmix! A generous offer as well if someone doesn't have photoshop. Which I don't. :hehe: My checklist, if I still have it, is older, but I'm sure some of the things are the same from what I've read here. Let me see if I can dig it up, scan it, and then email it to you. If you get a better offer from someone with a newer checklist...all the better!

Carla was kind enough to scan hers, thanks Carla!!

Anyway, I will post this on the Canada VJ wiki, in fact I just did that and I was checking out a link and lost all the code I had just put in place...so i'll take a break from that for a little while <_<

The only thing different from the old one and the new one, is the first page of the letter where it gives the website to go to. Other than that, looks the same to me.

So I switched out the letter that was there for your letter wowswift and added the document list as well - thanks for posting those

Also added the section for K1 visas

I received the same letter as was posted here, and I don't see a mention of the HPV shot. Has that been removed from the list of required?

I believe it is still required for females 11 - 26.

Check this site and go to the immunization link for more info : www.panelphysicians.com

Check this site as well:
