Hi VJmembers,

Can you please show me how to print out the conversations from Message Archive in Yahoo? I've tried to print them but only one 1st page came out for any one conversation although some conversation could be 3 pages long.

My husband's interview will be @ 9am on December 1, 2008 in Ho Chi Minh City. Any of your spouses has the same interview date?

I am trying to gather all the supportive evidences possible. However, any of your experiences are welcome. Please give me any useful advises.

Thanks.

Leena.

Leena,

I've contacted Yahoo! people before and they told me there's not really an archiving option for talking, unless you type out the messages in Messenger. Anyway, you seem to know what you are doing with the Messenger options.

Here's something else to do. It's not the best, but it does show when you use Yahoo! Messenger, with lots of pages -unless you have recently upgraded you computer or its memory.

1) Go to My Computer

2) select Local Disc C:\

3) Select Program Files

4) Select the Yahoo! folder

5) Select Messenger folder

6) Select Logs

7) Then select either "YSDP" or "YSIP" depending on which you have (could be both but they are the same).

8) Just print it straight from that.

Both you and your spouse should have this on your computers.

Good luck!

Oh, one more thing, Leena,

If your spouse has Internet service at home, then there should be a log of the usage on his computer built into that interface (where he logs on to get on the Internet). That log will list who he talks with and so on, including dates and times. It may not go back that far unless he has selected the option to capture all of the logs. My wife was able to pull out about three months worth.

You can also get a printout of the phone logs to his home telephone from the phone company. It will be some work but you can do it, and they will give you a paper that lists who has called, etc. If you have called him from your home phone, those calls will be on there.
