I-765 Rejected...

My husband's I-765 was rejected, because it was out of date. ... but the most recent one on the uscis website (which was silly of me to assume was up to date ) expired 8/31/08... does anybody know where the latest edition of this form is, or have a copy they could share?

The I-485 on USCIS's website is acceptable (upper left says "OMB No. 1615-0023; Expires 09/30/08") - The code is misleading because it simply isn't expired. What was the rejection notice's exact wording?

USCIS has not propagated a new version "Form I-765 (Rev. 05/27/08) N" is still valid.

USCIS has not propagated a new version "Form I-765 (Rev. 05/27/08) N" is still valid.
