AOS Questions

Hey everyone!!

I'm finishing up my AOS paperwork and had two questions.. maybe you can help me...

1. I brought Eric's 2005-2007 tax transcripts to my interview in Montreal and they kept the two most recent years. So, Eric called IRS and get his Tax Return Transcripts. I'm a little confused when looking at them and trying to find his total income for that year. Is it his Wages, Salaries, Tips, Etc. amount??

2. For all additional papers what do I include on it?? A# or I-94#? Do I also add this information on the letter of employment?

Hi tehre, put there the total taxable income.. just to be sure please see the pinned topic about I-864.

you will need to give the A# or I-94 only when asked.

Thanks for your help guys.. but the guides don't say anything about Tax Return Transcripts and Wages, Salaries, Tips, Etc. being the same thing.

Also, if I mail in the Tax Transcripts from IRS, are we required to mail in his W2's aswell?
