I want to know if the USCIS will send back a copy of 1-130 PACKET to my husband after the approval. He forgot to make a copy of each document he sent. Another question is since no more document verification how much should i pay to get the marriagge index card at NSO office. Any reply is appreciated.

USEM or USCIS doesn't send back anything. Go to your local NSO office and you pay there for NSO documents or your hubby can order online and pay with a credit card. Cost MORE online and takes awhile.
