Hello fellow VJers.

I just realized our immigration lawyer only made copies of the G-325A (wish I had joined sooner) and not our I-129F, and has no backup of it. Neato.

Anyone think it would be a big deal for me to re-do the I-129F, myself (I have the copy of it before I printed out, sans the date/signature) and send it to her for the interview? Or if it's even necessary for the interview? Not exactly sure of the precise date I signed it for the original, and not sure if they're really concerned about these little details (I know when I filed so I could put the date before then) beyond having a legitimate and ongoing relationship. I'd also call the embassy and ask them, but you know, that seems to be an invitation for disaster as the Athens embassy doesn't deal with many I-129F's to the U.S.

If I felt it was safe, and I wouldn't get hassled (which is also why I ask) I'd see if I could get a copy from them, as I assume they have it (the original) after it being forwarded from the NVC, but, then again, I'm not too sure.
