CFO: Citigold center , 1345 president quirino ave cor south suoerhighway

let him bring PICTURE 2x2 and NBI and BC photo copy. after the seminar at Prism he well fo at CFO office to get his sticker, let him photo copy the certificate he will get at PRISM. just t to be safe let him bring all important docs just to be safe. hope thsi help. good luck

sticker and stamp is one only. its really a sticker not a stamp. but anyway after doing the seminar, he can go at CFo office, if i were him let him do the seminar in the morning. ok? dont worry they prism will help them and explain it to them, what next and what they will do after it.

yes ping, u need to have BC and NBI, i guess they keep it for there records. Bring the passport, dont forget. and 2x2 pic.
