My husband called VSC Cust.Serv today & the guy he talked told him to wait for another for 4 - 6 mos. that makes him mad, I don't know if he's telling the truth or just talking silly maybe trying to upset my husband. He even told the guy that " look, My wife & I are old couple already, I am 56 going to 57 & my wife in the Phil is 53, You see, We are not getting any younger, we only have a few years left to live in this world. Can U just give us consideration?" That guy also told that they are still working on the Nov. fillers. When he was asked about our case why it takes too long that until now we are not yet approve. He answers the same thing based on that USCIS Website by just reading on our case status that says "PENDING''. Last week when he phoned the local USCIS office the guy answered that they are working on the Feb fillers. So, how come they have conflicting statement. OMG!! My husband feels so helpless & so frustrated now, he don't know what to do anymore. We are so pathetic !!This people don't really care our feelings being away from our spouses. He wanted to just move in here but its hard he has no job here & he cant leave his 91 yrs old mother in the US alone she is sick of dementia, nobody will look after her, its so complicated & very aggreviating. We already asked the help from our Senator but nothing happened.

I still hope that miracles will happen this month & for all those waiting to get Approve. Sighhh :crying: :crying: :crying:

On Oct 19 we will be 8 mos already.

Sent 1-130 feb 19,2008 - NOA1 feb 29,2008 touched 5/7 & 5/8

i know how you feel, i am going thru the same thing. i filed for k1 visa, and my noa1 is from march 18 2008, and i am still waiting for my noa2. it's so fustrating.i have also called vermont several times, and i always get the same answer, that they are currently processing february filers., hey have your fiance try contacting his senator in his home state? this might help your case, at the end of this month, i will write to my state sanator and also my attorney, i am not going to just sit around and wait forever, i am going to take action pretty soon. good luck to the both of us, and let me know if you get any new info. take care

Same situation here....

What is the purpose of customer service if they have no information beyond what is printed on the USCIS website? Do they think that we have trouble reading.. or comprehending?? We call customer service because the web site did not provide any real information.

Why is it that I can track every step that a pair of shoes takes from the seller to the distribution center... to the FedEx truck... to my house. However, in 2008, the USCIS uses a system so archaic that they cannot simply tell us *WHERE* in the process our petition is. If there is this phantom "FIFO" process, why can't they say there are xxxx petitions ahead of yours (and this number should decrease daily) Where is the transparency in this process?

These service centers have no oversight and have to answer to NO ONE. Their work ethic is pathetic at best.

Well.... that's my venting for tonight :)
