I responded to this in the CR1 forum. I also know a very good immigration attorney who is familiar with the petition denial and revocation process. It also doesn't matter what state you are in, he can work with you regardless of where you are. I'll send you a PM with his info.

One thing to understand is any attorney will not be able to find out for you why your petition and application is being returned. the USCIS may or may not provide you with this information along with an NOIR/NOID. There is the Freedom of Information Act, but that process has not worked for many of us, it is too timely and many times we do not get the information we need when we need it.

DISCLAIMER: I am not an attorney, all information provided is from years of research and personal experiences of those affected by returned visa petitions/applications. If this is happening to you, my personal advice is to research the facts, hire a good immigration lawyer who can demonstrate they specialize in returned/denied visa petitions and applications.

I know who Kiya is talking about. I talked to him about our case and he told me that are case was very strong, and that all he could do for us was to organize our papers for us. This told me 2 things. I could do the case myself, but more importantly if anyone truly needs a lawyer he is top notch. Honest, fair, and knowledgeable. A big thumbs up for him.

But as Kiya stated, there isn't much chance you will get an exact reason. I filed a FIOA and the response was that they do not release confidential information concerning denials. Some good that did us.
