DS 230 doesn't apply for K3 visas.

As a K3 you have to submit a I-485 and a I-765 to adjust status.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

DS-230 is a form used to file for an IMMIGRANT visa, it is for CR-1 or IR-1 visa.

:guides:

To adjust status in the US start here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos

Note: some in the USA on K-3, delay filing the I-485 until just before 2nd wedding anniversary, this way they will avoid the 2 year CR-Green-card and get a 10 year card if approved after 2nd weddinganniversary, this avoids having to file I-751 2 years after getting a CR-Green-Card. If work auth is needed file the I-765 before I-485, the K-3 EAD I-765 ($340) is less that Removal of conditions ($545)
