Well since she is your fiance - she will have to submit an affidavate of support (and use what ever income she has) - the real question will be "Will you need a co-sponsor?" (which depends on the income level.)

Hopefully she meets the minimum poverty guidelines. Her children may come into play in the number in household.

Does her 2007 ITRs show making more than the Minimum Poverty Guidelines?

yes but from the widow's income wichts will stop once we get married

and the child support with the new job more than the Minimum Poverty Guidelines
