a year ago and she have widow's income and u know it will stop after we got married

the new job part time but not temp

and we have child support we can use

Well since she is your fiance - she will have to submit an affidavate of support (and use what ever income she has) - the real question will be "Will you need a co-sponsor?" (which depends on the income level.)

i think she will submit an affidavate of support and we wont co-sponsor then

and the question is its okay if she just start with her job this month and i am supposed to send the sponsor papers to the embassy next month?

Hopefully she meets the minimum poverty guidelines. Her children may come into play in the number in household.

and the only thing i am thinking about that she start her job this month and i have to send the sponsor papers and taxes next month

Does her 2007 ITRs show making more than the Minimum Poverty Guidelines?
