We are still waiting to receive NOA1. I notice that people with I-129F sent dates after ours have already received their NOA1. How much longer should I give TSC/CSC before We contact them directly?

I personally wouldn't worry too much about not getting a NOA1 yet -- you know that your cheque has cleared the bank, so they definitely have your petition there.

I agree. Since your checked has cleared, you know they have your paperwork. It took us almost 2 weeks to get NOA1 in the mail--and we mailed our stuff directly to CSC. Yours had to be forwarded from TSC, so I would expect it to take a couple days longer for the NOA1.

Have patience--you'll need a lot of it to make it through this process!

It frequently takes a month or so to get a NOA in a TSC transfer case.
