Hi I am a July filer I received the interview letter for 10/23

sent package (I-130/485/765) 07/03/08

uscis received 07/06/08

NOA 07/15/08

biometrics for 08/02/08

EAD received 09/08/08

interview letter 09/27

interview 10/23/08

case straightforward I provide all documents they ask.

I lost my passport when we move from FL to KY i did call the consulate they told me call them back when I received the interview so they would tried to put me a list waiting then I call now they don't have passport paper to do so

I do have a replacement of the I-94 and a copy of the passport

can anyone tell me if is OK to go to the interview without it?
