What do include with the I-751 Form?

Hi all,

I am about to file my I-751, but I was wondering what I have to include with the I-751 Form besides the form, a cover letter and evidence of our marriage? Please help, since my green card expires soon and I need to file it asap. The instructions on the uscis.gov website are not clear at all !

I think the only other thing you'd need to include is a copy of your Green Card (front and back) -- as well as the check for $545, of course!

Hi Ctjwa,

Yes, the completed I-751 form, cover letter, joint evidence, and check or money order ($545 total, application and biometrics fees) are the four major components that you need for the I-751 Removal of Conditions.

Evidence-wise, you should cover everything both financially and personally, and examples of such evidence are also stated on the application form. Also, make sure too that all your joint evidence covers the entire span of your marriage and conditional residency.
