Hello Guys,

I need some help. I tried to book online at PAL for our boracay trip but I was a bit worried since it says in the security page that some are unencrypted. Has anyone tried booking online here at PAL? any help is highly appreciated.

12/22/2010- The packet was returned due to missing page.

12/23/2010- Resend the packet with complete pages.

12/29/2010- Check cashed in

01/03/2010- Receive NOA

01/10/2011- Email from USCIS for the Required Evidence( Finger printing)

01/26/2011-Biometric Schedule

02/07/2011-USCIS online status update-

02/12/2011- Received Interview Letter Scheduled March 14

02/12/2011- Received Descheduled letter

02/17/2011- USCIS online Status update

02/22/2011-New IL arrived schedule for March 29

02/22/2011-Descheduled Letter Again ( 2nd Time)

02/23/2011- I called USCIS and I was told new schedule in the computer for March 22

02/23/2011-USCIS ONline update....

03/01/2011-Interview Letter for March 22 @ 7:15 AM

03/22/2011- Interview and Oath; US Citizen

Hello, I guess PAL is okay. My fiance and I used the booking online during our visit in my hometown last May and we don`t have any problems. He, himself booked a month through PAL before his visit here in Philippines and he was in Michigan when he booked that flight! They have very accommodating staff. Whatever you decide trust your instinct and try to read some reviews online too so this will help you decide on your trip. God bless!

weird coz we tried buying tickets from their site just 2 days ago and after we put our names and ready to pay, it got stuck on this page that keeps reading and reading till we got an error that it has been expired already. darn... we'll try next time see if its work...

Did you use internet explorer? I had completed the booking today and feels better about now finally after all worries about this trip..

yep we did... mnl-cdo but i guess we werent got lucky that time lol... i know its gona be a busy flight this coming oct 28 coz of the holiday so we better buy the ticket soon

Yes, I tried to book online with PAL once and when I tried to pay it locked up on me and gave me an error. I logged back in and cancelled the booking. I then called PAL customer service and got a quote over the phone. They told me I should not of cancelled the online booking since they may of been able to reteive it on their system.

It might be better to try to book over the phone with PAL...

It might be better to try to book over the phone with PAL...
