Hello All,

I am really puzzled right now, but I know that this site is full of people with so much knowledge about this proccess.

To begin with, I filed mine and my sons AOS at the same time, as well as Aplication to Travel Document, and a request for expidited process (military PCS thingy to England).

Anyway, I recieved the NOA for my AOS but it doesn't include my sons AOS. I also recieved the NOA for Application to Travel Document both for me and my son at the same date.

Recently I recieved an ASC Appointment Notice (Biometric) but not my sons.

I am just worried because we are going to be moving to England on Nov. 06, 2008. I called USCIS and they said to call back if I still don't recieve the NOA for my son within 30 days.

Another question is that, will my son still undergo through biometric appointment? Is there anybody here who has the same experience and can give me more info, I would really appreciate it.

Is there any possibility that they won't send NOA for my son since we filed at the same time?

For reference below is my timeline:

Yes, even you submitted it combine, case number and processing are seperately from your case and your son case. In mine, we received NOA seperately, but we have same biometrics appointments, our cases are transferred to CSC without interview, I received my GC in mailbox after 6 months, my son received his GC after 8 months, 2 months later than mine.
