I-134 affidavit of support help

hello...all

i was just filing I 134, but im stuck on line 11, i dont know what to put down.

"11. I________intend_______do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.

(If you check "intend," indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions. For example, if you intend to furnishroom and board, state for how long and, if money, state the amount in U.S. dollars and state whether it is to be given in a lumpsum, weekly or monthly, and for how long."

i dont know what are they asking. and also in line 7 "With a cash surrender value of:" what r they asking for. please advice...

The Example Forms (see tab at the top of the page) are a great help!

They give the answer to # 11 as the following: "N/A ( K1 visa process for permanent residence )"

That's what we put and it worked fine!

"Cash surrender value" you can just leave it blank, not sure exactly what it means; could be referring to trading in the life insurance mentioned in the line above.
