I am a bit confused as to how the process works to change my wife's (non USC) and my (USC petioner) address. We will be moving soon and I dont want anythign to get lost. Can some one outline how the process works for non USC and for USC petioners?

K-1 Visa

Note: Contact USCIS and get address updated on any pending cases, and call again a day or so later to confirm address change on cases. No sense in getting an interview letter LOST in the mail, and then miss the appointment, then find your selves dealing with deportation. Moving while a petition is being processed is dangerous.

okay, so for my wife who is the non USC I need to file the AR-11 and thats it right? Can I do this online?

For me, the USC sponser, I need to submit the I-865 and thats it right? This form I need to mail in since it can not be done online.

Correct AR-11 can be filed on line.

sweet thanks. So I just ahve my wife fill out the AR-11 online and then call USCIS a few days later to make sure it went through and then I send in the I-865 and we are all set.

Oh, one more thing, do we have to fill out the AR-11 for all the pending cases? So on for AOS, one for EAD and one for AP? Or does filling out one AR-11 cover everyhting?

Only one AR-11 needed.

The online AR-11 should change address on pending petition, again contact USCIS and confirm address change.

The post office will not forward anything sent by USCIS because they tend to mark letters "Return Service Requested"
