Hi all guys!

My wife just has sent me the I 864 & I 864A.Wife filled I 864 and mother in law has filled I 864A.

The supporting documents with I 864 & I 864A are,

FOR I 864

1)-Social security document & recently filed Govt. grant as per new policy (Wife dont work since 7 years)

FOR I 864A

2)-3 years tax returns (1040 & W2)

3)-Pay stubs

4)-Employment letter

5)-Birth certificate copy of Mother in law to prove the relation

6)-Driving licences (Wife & mother in law to prove the same residency)

7)-Barcode sheets of Ds 230 & I 864

Do you guys think that i should send the both barcode sheets to US embassy islamabad? Coz i have to send these documents to embassy ,we sent request of expidition so on that basis embassy will review these documents instead of NVC.

And do you guys think that its all the require documents and i cannot get any RFE?

Plz guys i need your views & comments!

Thanx...

Send the barcoded sheet for the I-864, or don't - that shouldn't matter. Don't send the barcoded sheet for the DS-230 - since you aren't submitting it.

Did you include a letter from your wife stating why she hasn't filed tax returns (I assume she hasn't as you didn't mention including them with her I-864)

hello!

I have to send DS 230 too. so thats y i asked DS 230 barcode sheet.

Everything is ready for Ds 230.

Birth certrificate(English & urdu) ,Marrage certificate (English & urdu),Pics, passport bio graphic pages copies,Police certificate.

Tell me one thing dears that should i need to get the letter from my wife that why she did not file tax returns?

And if yes then does she need to write a simple letter stating the reason and signed & dated?

Or can i go with out the letter from wife?

Or if it would be ok that she has her social security documents in whch she mentioned that she is sick and cannot work and she recently filled the new form as per Govt new policy for the grant.

I need replies!

Sibtain,

I mentioned above that you will need that letter of explanation, I think I probably mentioned it to you in your last thread too. I also mentioned in your last thread that you should take a look at the instructions on the I-864 - if you had you would find that they ask for an explanation as to why the sponsor did not file.

Apparently you don't like my facts, so I won't reply to your threads anymore. Good luck to you.
