Hello, can someone explain to me how someone can be granted the green card without interview... is there a chance that a f1 student be approved without interview ?

F1 students please tell you journey, like:

How long did it take

Are you paying instate fees ...

12/15/2005- Enter the US with F1 (Student Visa) Never been Out of Status

03/17/2006- F1 Visa expired but still in status

03/12/2008 - We got married

09/15/2008 - Filed for AOS (I-130, G-325A, I-485, I-693, I-765, I-864)

09/16/2008 - AOS Packet received and signed for by V CHIBA

09/23/2008 - Checks cashed

10/15/2008- Biometrics

10/25/2008- RFE :'(

11/04/2008- Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

12/09/2008- EAD, AP Approved!

03/04/2009- INTERVIEW!! APPROVED! DIEU MERCI!!!!!!!! Received STAMP also

12/04/2010- Lifting of conditions- Approved

12/19/2011- N400 mailed

12/27/2011- Check cashed

03/12/2012- Interview Letter Received dated

04/17/2012- Naturalization Interview-PASSED

04/24/2012- Oath Ceremony!

No we can't, not because we don't want to but because there is no certain way to figure out their selection process, at the beginning everybody (F1s, K1s, J1s, B1, B2s, VWP, etc) has the same probability to be interviewed.

I used to be an F-1 and my jorney was free of problems (check my signature) and I didn't pay in-state because I had already graduated and was doing my OPT when we got married.

02/14/13 Biometrics appointment

03/18/13 In-line for inteview

I was curious about their interview selection process as well but they tend to only let K1s go without an interview.

Everyone else tends to have one.

09/01/2010 - Case status appears online

11/08/2010 - Card production ordered

11/13/2010 - I-751 Approval Letter received

11/19/2010 - Green Card received in the mail

Citizenship

08/01/2011 - Filed for Citizenship (N-400)

08/03/2011 - N400 Packet received

08/05/2011 - Received email/text confirming application receipt

08/08/2011 - Check cashed

08/09/2011 - Biometrics notice sent

08/12/2011 - NOA received for N400

08/12/2011 - Biometrics appointment letter received

08/29/2011 - Biometrics taken

08/31/2011 - Case Status Notification: Placed in line for interview scheduling

10/11/2011 - Received yellow letter

01/11/2012 - Interview letter sent

01/17/2012 - Interview letter received

02/16/2012 - Interview & received Oath letter

03/06/2012 - Oath ceremony
