DHL Delivery of passport

Hello,

Just want to know if it's possible to arrange a DHL delivery of passport from a US embassy in Kiev. As I understand DHL is the quickest mail and therefore if provide Kiev address then it can be quick. Say the interview is on Friday and if everything turns great I would have the passport on Monday. What do you think??? Is it possible??? Please, can anybody give a distinct answer? Thank you.

DHL does not operate on weekends as far as i know .. you can always call DHL office for further info .. DHL.com can help you out

Last time I was there, US embassy in Kiev used FedEx for passport deliveries. You can't change the designated courrier, unfortunately. Having passport delivered on Monday is not that likely, considering the weekend. If you are trying to buy tickets and stuff, I strongly advice to wait for visa delivery. Just three month ago my sister was there and her visa was delievered in four days, while one of her friends who had the interview on the same day had to wait for two weeks since they had a visa printer problem.

Alex, you've got to use the system in place, there is no option on that. You can not arrange DHL delivery of your ticket. Do not book a return flight too quickly or you may have problems. If you have an interview on Friday, I doubt very seriously you would have your passport on Monday - a virtual impossibility. Sorry, but the process does not move that fast.

Yep they can either deliver it anywhere in Kiev, or if you talk to them when paying at the FedEx counter you can arrange for a passport pick up at their office. Might save you a lil time . Still, I doubt you'll have it on Monday unfortunatelly.
