Hi everyone,

I filed AOS (CR1) in Jan 2008, can I apply for citizenship and if yes whats the time limit?

What forms should I fill out for citizenship?

Thanks.

You must wait 3 years before applying for US Citizenship. You can file 90 days before your 3 year period is up.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.
