As i was reviewing the documents i have sent,i just realized that theres an employment question on the biographic info. My problem is i never had a job and i indicated NONE on the employment question, i just finished college and currently reviewing for my board exam. Is this going to be a problem? USCIS people might think i cant support my fiance while i have my dad to support him for the mean time. I will get a job as soon as i finish my board exam. Is this a possibility for denial of my petition? Thank you!

USCIS isn't deciding your financial-support abilities when you submit your K1 petition - for all they know, you're a lottery-winner :star: . They will however evaluate your petition to see if you meet the minimum requirements (have you met, are you free to marry, etc).

The DOS (consulate/embassy) will look at support - and as you said, your father will co-sponsor so assuming there are no issues there, you should be fine (as many have been).
