I am trying to contact the Los Angeles field office to reschedule my wife's AOS interview appointment, but can't seem to find a phone number anywhere. Is the only way to talk to someone there via an InfoPass appointment?

No, just the National Customer Service Center number. I called them and tried to get info about my local Los Angeles office and they said they don't have any phone numbers available to them.
