Since you're not a permanent resident yet, you can stay outside the USA as long as you want, as long as your visa itself doesn't expire. It's difficult to understand why your I-130 would still be pending but I've heard stranger things. As long as you've done all your needed biometrics, I would say, just be prepared to return in time for any interview.
