need help filling out I-130

Hi, I have some specific questions I hope can be answered and I have not heard back from the Beijing office yet:

1) My soon-to-be husband's name is Wang Zi Yi from China. On the form, I'm not sure if the "Yi" is considered his middle name or not. Or should I list Zi Yi as his first name? He has never had to fill out his name in English before so he does not know either.

2) If I am doing a DCF, should I list my current address in China since I have a residence permit here, or should I list my home in the US? I think it's the former, but I just wanted to make sure.

3) When listing Wang Zi Yi's current address, he is living with me at the University, is it okay to use this address or is there some sort of policy that says he must register with an office somewhere to live at a certain place?

4) #16 asks if my relative ever took part in immigration proceedings. What does this mean? I applied for an I-129F for him but we decided to withdraw it even before the interview process. Does that count as taking part in an immigration proceeding?

5) #22 asks to fill out if my relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status. I really have no idea what this means. He has never been to the US, so I'm wondering if the I-130 form is used for other reasons too? I don't believe he is qualified to fill that section out right? I'm sorry for being so ignorant on these matters. Some of the questions really confuse me and I am really nervous, trying to give as precise an answer as I can.
