I just received Pck 3 in the mail today and I still have a couple small questions before fax it back to Vancouver.

1. Says complete and fax back the checklist and DS-230 Part 1... But it doesnt say if I need to complete the DS-230 for myself and for my two children or just one for myself as they are on the forum too. Do they need one filled out too, or just myself?

2. This question i hate to ask cause now I feel stupid but the Sponsor's Financial Responsibility under the Social Security Act form that is signed by my US fiancee right ? Not by myself

Thank you for any help you maybe able to help with.

Stacey

Re DS-230 -- I don't know, but I'm sure someone here will.

Re OF-167 (or whatever its called--the Social Security one) -- Yes, the USC fiance signs it. And that is the one form that is NOT available on line, so you'll need to mail or fax it to him and have him send it back to you (unless he's going to be at the interview with you).
